Set up direct dialing

  1. Click on Direct Dialing under Your Services. 
  2. Pick the line range or search for the direct inward dialing (DID) number you want to forward. 
    • Trunk Line Forwarding - Select DID.png
  3. Click on the DID you want to make changes to.  
  4. This will pop up a new window. Click Open in a New Window to expand that screen. 
  5. Choose the type of forwarding you want to apply. 
    • Immediately: Forward all calls to the number you specify. 
    • Unavailable: Forward calls if the PBX is unavailable due to a power outage or other issue. 
    • Forwarding Destinations: Allows you to configure where your forwarding services route to by name rather than number.  
    • Trunk Line Forwarding - Select type of call forwarding.png
  6. Click Apply
