Current Softphone Version for Mac: V2.31.15.42
- On your desktop, click the Download Mac Software button above.
- Once the file has downloaded, open the installer.
- Click and drag Midco Softphone into your applications folder to begin the installation process.
- Once installation is complete, Midco Softphone will open automatically. If it does not, use your Finder to search for Midco Softphone, located in your applications folder.
- Enter your 10-digit number.
- Enter your case-sensitive password provided by Midco. If softphone has already been installed on another device, the password will be the same as the initial device. This is also the password used for CommPortal access.
- Press Login.
- Read through the End User License agreement and click Accept.
