Billing

  1. Log in to My Account.
  2. Select Billing and Payment to go to our secure payment site.
  3. Click on the individual statement to view it.

If you still have questions, please contact us. For your own privacy and security, we can only discuss billing and payment matters by phone, secure chat or in person at one of our local Customer Experience Centers.

  1. Log in to My Account.
  2. Click Account and User Details.
  3. On this page, you can:
    • Edit your contact preferences to tell us what notifications you’d like to receive. In the Account Contact Preferences section, click Edit Preferences. Edit your email address and check the types of notifications you want to receive, and then select Save.
    • Manage who should receive maintenance notifications (besides yourself). You can add contacts to be notified about maintenance either via text message or email. To add a contact, click the Add button. To edit or delete a contact, click the appropriate button beneath that contact’s information.

In My Account, you can download your long-distance call records for the last six months. This information is available in a .csv file.

  1. Log in to My Account.
  2. Select Manage My Services.
  3. Under My Phone, choose Manage Features.
  4. Select Download Call Detail.
  5. Find the phone number and statement month you would like to download, and select Download.

If you would like to access call records from prior to six months ago, please contact us.
