You’ll have one dedicated fulfillment contact to help you through construction and installation, as well as provide digital-friendly flyers for your residents. We take our installation process seriously.
What if my property isn't built yet?
If you’re building a new complex, we’ll work directly with your contractor to get building plans and estimated completion dates. We remain nimble throughout the construction process – and can adjust installation and fulfillment as needed to meet your timelines.
What if we already have residents?
Existing complexes: we like you, too. We take special measures to provide residents with installation information and can likely have a customer service team on site during installation – ready to answer questions and distribute upgraded equipment.
Can my residents upgrade services?
We can upgrade speeds and most packages from our control center – which eliminates the need to send a Midco tech to your property.
Does Community Wi-Fi 360 connect our leasing office as well?
No. We have several business internet options available to connect your common spaces, such as your leasing office, on-site gym or more.
