To maintain third-party security, alarm or other systems requiring an internet or phone connection, Midco internet or phone service must remain active. Note that stopping data service will also disconnect any Hosted VoIP services. Any applicable offer savings will pause while away and will resume upon return. Limited-time offers will not extend due to the vacation plan. Only outgoing calls will be disabled on digital line accounts, meaning that voicemail will still remain active and available. For digital line accounts, emergency 911 and Midco at 1.800.888.1300 will remain enabled. Digital line customers will also be charged for taxes and fees during the off-season, including 911, State TRS, Federal Excise, gross receipts (if applicable), KUSF (Kansas only) and state and local tax.
