As a result, J&M Printing is completing print jobs more quickly. Maras says the Midco fiber connection has also improved the company's internet-based phone communications.
"They would cut out multiple times a day while we were on the phone with a client, looking like we hung up on them," recalls Maras. "Now, with the consistent up and down speed of our fiber coming in, it doesn't interrupt our phones. So therefore, you don't have that embarrassing moment anymore of 'Oh, it's the phone down,' and trying to get back on with the client that's probably hard to get ahold of to begin with. So that is a positive there, definitely."
